The way we focus on the present moment significantly impacts the nature of our experiences, which in turn, influences the quality of our lives. And this is how I want to take your photos.
Film is my medium
People are my subject
I firmly believe in the beauty of individuality, and I feel deeply privileged to collaborate with clients who share this belief and are receptive to the notion of using film photography. I recognize that in our fast-paced world, waiting can be uncomfortable and unfamiliar, but for me, shooting film allows me to cultivate presence and intentionality in every shot. It grants me the space to be candid and truthful in my approach, and I take pride in doing things differently, while still preserving a sense of familiarity. When you choose to work with me, you are placing your trust in my ability to capture your story through my unique lens. How you present yourself, how you connect with those around you, how you express emotion - these are all entirely up to you. My goal is to capture every aspect of your experience, from the firsts to the lasts, the exciting moments to the seemingly mundane ones. Through my photography, I aim to preserve your memories in a tangible and authentic way, allowing you to relive them for years to come.

Do you offer poses or guidance? What if my kids are crazy? Would that work on film?
My approach to photography is very simple: Let’s just have some fun! I might give you a nudge in a certain direction but I assure you, the photos will turn out great!
As a mother myself, I totally get it. You won’t have to worry or put any pressure on getting your kids to participate the whole time (or any time). I wouldn’t expect them too! Kids are always 100% themselves, and that’s the type of approach I take: stress-free and let the moments unfold naturally, knowing that I specialize in capturing genuine moments. I will have plenty of time to document the beauty and wildness that life has to offer.
In fact, your wildness will feel right at home with me!
What is your photography style like? Do you shoot 100% on film?
I prefer classic portraiture and capturing candid moments so there is a good mix of both.
I shoot 100% film using 35mm, medium format and polaroid. I get the rolls developed and scanned, then the lab will send me digital files, which from there I cull and send your beautiful gallery off.
Do you do home sessions?
Absolutely! I have an immense passion for capturing families in wherever they feel most natural and in their element. It's the perfect environment to have genuine moments that are comfortable and familiar. Home has a unique quality of sound comfort that creates a space where you can be yourselves and let everything flow naturally and uniquely to you.
It's not necessary to prepare anything or even tidy up for my arrival! The images I take are meant for you to cherish and remember this special time. The beauty of looking back at older photographs is reliving the moments and seeing the cherished items present in the picture.
